PMDS provides a digital service that is consumed immediately upon delivery of the message. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a payment has been successfully processed.
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled. The service is automated, and the delivery process begins immediately.
In the rare event that a technical error prevents your message from being delivered after a successful payment, please contact support. We will investigate the issue and may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit or re-delivery of the message.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be contested. Fraudulent activity may result in a permanent ban from using our services.
